Photography has been a passion of mine since I was young. Learning it was something I always craved. I wanted to know all about it. I have learned so much on this journey of mine and now I want to share some of my favorite art and nature images with you. Any one of these unique pieces would look beautiful in your home or as a gift for a loved one. Contact me to order one of them.
A trip to Alaska allowed me to capture this image. This fishing boat sitting our off the coast of Anchor Point was just waiting for her picture to be taken. The original scene really spoke to me but needing some adjusting to give it the feel I wanted. Black and white images have always been a favorite of mine.

I will never forget getting up at 4:00 am to make the short drive to Peru Hill to watch Big Boy let off steam. After watching the steam locomotive chug up that hill, we drove the short distance to Granger, WY to capture this scene right as the sun was making an appearance in the east.

Yellowstone is on of my most favorite places on earth. A last minute trip in September really paid off. It was the first snowfall of the season. I stood in several inches of really wet snow waiting for the perfect timing to capture this beautiful animal. The soaking wet feet were worth it all.

One of my favorite genres of photography is senior photography. One year I had a senior that wanted sunflowers for her senior session. We don't have sunflower gardens near us, so I planted one. I started Brynlee's garden. Every year I plant a large variety of the beauties. This year, I loved them so much, I cut some to photograph in my studio.

2020 was a tough year for most of the world. Though I really hated much of that year, the getting out into nature was my solace. The peace I find in the outdoors cannot be found anywhere else. While on a little drive with our kids, we found a band of wild horses. This guy wanted to make sure we kept our distance from the mares and foals. This was the first digital painting I ever did and it earned me an Image of Excellence award from International Photographic Competition.

There is nothing more exhilarating than watching the bulls run in when the cows are present. The bugle is the icing on the cake for a trip to Yellowstone in the fall.

This old guy made sure to let all the young ones know he was now in charge. Nothing was going to stop him from getting to the cows. His bugle was amazing as it echoed through the Madison Valley in Yellowstone. I love Yellowstone in any season but the fall is my favorite.
